Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Inboxly, a service operated by Bilal Raza, Pakistan. By creating an account, requesting a managed pilot, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Inboxly provides tools and managed services for campaign planning, approval, Meta publishing, lead capture, CRM, messaging, automation, and reporting. Pilot scope and fees are set out in a separate written quotation. Features may be introduced, changed, or withdrawn as the product develops.

Your accounts and assets

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected misuse. You retain ownership and control of your Meta Business Portfolio and connected assets. You authorize Inboxly to access and act on those assets only within the permissions and approved work you provide.

Approval and advertising spend

AI output is a draft recommendation, not an autonomous publishing instruction or guarantee of results. Inboxly requires platform-admin approval before campaign publishing or budget changes. You remain responsible for your advertising account, funding source, campaign claims, products, audiences, and compliance.

Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy, applicable law, and Meta policies. You must use lawful audience data, message only contacts where permitted, maintain consent evidence where required, and honor opt-outs promptly.

Fees

Managed pilots use custom quotations and manual invoices unless agreed otherwise. Meta advertising spend, messaging charges, taxes, and third-party fees are separate unless the quotation explicitly includes them. Fees already earned for completed services are non-refundable except where required by law.

Customer data

You own customer data you submit and grant Inboxly the limited rights needed to provide the service. You are responsible for notices, permissions, lawful bases, accuracy, and instructions relating to that data. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum provide more detail.

Availability and third parties

The service depends on Meta and other third-party platforms. Their outages, policy decisions, account restrictions, pricing, and API changes are outside our control. Inboxly is provided on an “as available” basis during the pilot, without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless separately agreed in writing.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect users, connected assets, deliverability, security, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Sections that by nature should survive termination—including payment, confidentiality, liability, and dispute terms—continue to apply.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, nor for Meta rejection, suspension, account restrictions, ad performance, or customer messaging practices. Inboxly’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid Inboxly in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve disputes informally. Contact support@inbox-ly.xyz.
