Data Deletion
You can request deletion of personal data processed by Inboxly, operated by Bilal Raza, Pakistan.
Inside Inboxly
- A workspace admin can delete an individual contact and associated CRM and conversation records.
- A workspace owner can delete the entire workspace and its tenant data.
Facebook or Meta deletion request
Open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, select Inboxly, and choose the option to remove the app and request data deletion. Meta will send a signed request to:
https://api.inbox-ly.xyz/data/deletion-callback
Inboxly verifies the signed request, creates a deletion request, and returns a confirmation code and status URL. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days.
Email request
Email privacy@inbox-ly.xyz from the address linked to your Inboxly account. Include the workspace name and the data you want deleted. We may request limited information to verify authority before deletion.
Retention exceptions
Limited security, legal, consent, invoice, and backup records may remain for up to 90 days or longer when law requires. They are not used for marketing.
